Why do you charge a booking fee?
We do not include a booking administration fee in our weekly prices. This means that you only pay one booking fee (currently £20) regardless of how many consecutive weeks holiday you book with us. We think that's a fairer system and we hope you do too.

Are the prices on your web site per person?
No, the prices quoted on the web site are per week for the property, not per person.

Do you offer financial protection?
Yes, in accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Finishing Touch Holidays Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Finishing Touch Holidays Limited. Even though legally Finishing Touch Holidays Limited is not required by law to protect monies that are paid for accommodation only.

Do you arrange flights?
Yes our agent can arrange low cost flights for you from most UK airports. For your added security flights booked through Finishing Touch Holidays' agent are fully ATOL bonded. If you prefer to arrange your own flights we will be pleased to reserve a property for you whilst you book them.

Do you arrange car hire?
Yes we can arrange your car hire for pick up from your destination airport. Please click here for further information.

Do you provide holiday insurance?
No, but we strongly recommend that you do take out comprehensive travel insurance. Please click here for an online quotation from Holiday Extras.

Do you arrange transfers to and from the airport?
Yes, we are able to offer airport transfers in all countries - please ask us for details.

What time are we allowed into the property?
Your property will normally be available early afternoon on your day of arrival. In you have an early arrival time it is often possible for guests to leave their luggage in the property and enjoy the pool and terrace areas while the maids complete their work.

What time do we have to vacate the property?
We ask that you vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure. If you have a late flight and would like to stay longer in your property, it is often possible to arrange a later departure time with our local managing company.

Can we hire cots and highchairs?
Yes, please notify us of any requirements you may have at the time of booking.

Is maid service provided?
The property will be cleaned for your arrival, and if you have booked for 10 days or more you will receive an "interim" clean at the beginning of the second week and so forth until the end of your holiday. A linen change is carried out at each interim clean. Some properties will receive additional cleaning, so please read the property details carefully.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes these are provided in all our properties. However we do ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels.

Do you provide food packs?
Some properties provide basic complimentary food packs on your arrival please check with us. We can provide comprehensive food packs on request at an additional charge in most properties.

Are pets allowed in the properties?
Generally animals are not permitted, but some owners will make exceptions. Please ask us for details.

What happens if I have a problem with the property during my stay?
Our local managing companies are available for assistance at all times. You are provided with contact details before you travel and details are left in all properties.

Do you provide an iron and ironing board?
Yes, all our properties are equipped with these.

Do your properties have washing machines?
Most of the properties have the benefit of a washing machine, often apartments may not - please check the property details carefully.

Do your properties have dishwashers?
Most of the villas and country houses have the benefit of a dishwasher, often apartments may not - please check the property details carefully.

Do your properties have a BBQ?
Most of the villas and country houses have BBQs, often apartments may not - please check the property details carefully.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
A security deposit is required for some of our properties to cover against breakage, loss, damage or otherwise abuse of the property, its contents, fixtures, fittings and equipment. We simply ask that you fill in, sign and return a credit card authority which is held on file should we need to take payment. If there is no loss or damage to the property, no charge is made.
