This beautiful 2 storey detached villa is set in the Son Xoriguer area of Calan Bosch in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main beach road. The villa is completely fenced off with secure electric gates at the entrance. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk away and Calan Bosch beach is a 10 minute walk away, as is the marina. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes walk, restaurants within 5 minutes walk and children's entertainment parks within 10 minutes walk.
