This beautiful home from home villa is situated just a 3 minute walk from the Marina in Calan Bosch with its many shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a few minutes more to the main beach and water park.
This two storey villa is set out in traditional style with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the living areas upstairs.
Upstairs is the spacious lounge and dining area with DVD Player, TV and VCR and offers stunning sea views, a WC and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. Off the dining area is another terrace which has been turned into a bar where you can enjoy beautiful sea views through the large open window whilst enjoying a drink in the evening.
Downstairs you come to the master suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing area where it’s possible to place a cot or z-bed for an infant or child, a further double bedroom, a twin room and a small single bedroom. There is also a separate family bathroom on this level. Only the master and double bedroom have air conditioning but fans are provided in the twin and single bedroom for guests use.
The villa has a beautiful private pool measuring approx 8 x 4m (depth 1.2 to 2.1m) with roman steps and lovely private gardens with plenty of outdoor eating areas and a BBQ.
Calan Bosch is a lively resort situated around a marina with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Various boat excursions from the marina will take you along the south coast to swim at unspoiled beaches. The beach situated behind the marina is wide and sandy, deepening gradually, making it very safe for swimming. There is also a waterpark with slides and chutes and lots of watersport activities for the whole family and is an ideal place for a family holiday.
A car is not necessary if you wish to stay at this villa, but recommended to explore the numerous beaches and resorts around the island.
One cot (no linen provided) and one highchair are provided free of charge.
Price is per week per villa and includes maid service and linen change if the stay is over ten nights.
