This very private, detached villa with private swimming pool is set in a quiet road but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the resort, with its wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities. The steps which provide access to Cala en Porter's beautiful sandy beach are just a 15 minute walk away.
The garden and villa are totally enclosed and offer a high level of privacy. At the front of the villa there is a carport and a small terraced area. The private pool measuring 7 x 4 metres is fenced off making is safe for children.
Doors leading from the front terrace take you to the dining room with dining table and chairs for 4 people and the lounge with woodburning stove, comfortable sofa and chairs, satellite TV (free to view channels), DVD and video player. The lounge leads into a small but well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Off the hallway are two bedrooms with air conditioning and a full bathroom fitted with bath, overhead shower, bidet and sink. Fans are provided for use within the bedrooms and there is a safe.
At the back of the property there is an area which houses the washing machine and a rear terrace. There is a lovely outside eating area with table and chairs and a built-in BBQ.
This villa offers comfortable accommodation and provides an excellent holiday base with the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and facilities of the resort within a 10 minute walk. A “road-train” offers a regular service around the resort, including a stop right next to the beach and there is also a good municipal bus service connecting Cala’n Porter with the small nearby town of Sant Climent and the capital Mahon with its lively market (Tuesday and Saturday) and many shops, bars and restaurants a mere 12kms away. Journey time to the airport is just 12-15 minutes by car or taxi.
