A wonderful home-from-home villa, situated in a in a much sought after area within 5 minutes walk from the sandy cove of Binidali. The village of Sant Climent is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find many amenities. The capital town of Mahon its spectacular Port are a ten minute drive. Other nearby coves such as Biniparratx, Binisafuller and the larger beach at Binibeca are located within a couple of minutes drive. The airport is a similar distance.
Inside the villa is light and spacious with sea views, quality furnishings and air conditioning throughout. With full distribution on one level, the property is suitable for those with mobility problems.
As you walk into the villa there is an internal atrium with plants and water feature. The living/dining room is spacious with sea views and glass doors leading to the terrace and pool area. Furnished with comfortable sofas, large dining table and chairs, satellite TV (free to view channels) and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, board games and books for guests use. There is also Broadband wireless access.
To the side of the lounge is the spacious and bright kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, vitro ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is also a tap which provides chilled filtered drinking water. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board housed in a separate utility room just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle. There are two further bedrooms both with double beds and en-suite shower rooms. One of these bedrooms has a digibox installed with Sky free to view channels and the other double bedroom has the facility to watch the same Sky channels. A fourth bedroom has twin beds and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have direct exterior access.
Annexe The villa also has an annexe available for an additional weekly supplement of £450 between 8 July to 1 September and £350 per week for all other dates. The annexe has one bedroom with a double bed and a shower en-suite plus a lounge with open plan kitchen.
The villa is surrounded by a private enclosed garden (plot size 1200 sq metres) with large grassed areas to three sides of the villa, a stone built BBQ and exterior furnishings for outdoor entertaining. The drive offers parking space for up to three vehicles and has an electronic gate.
The private swimming pool measures 9 x 4 metres, has roman steps and child friendly barriers making it an ideal property for families with small children. Pool heating can be supplied for a weekly supplement of £120 and takes a day to reach your chosen temperature. Pool/beach towels are also provided for guests use.
For families with small children at the rear of the villa is a small secure play area with a little house, slide and lots of toys. For the even younger ones we include any of the following (if required) free of charge: wooden cot, high chair, Moses basket, bed guard, intercom system, electric 'Avent' steriliser, changing mat.
A basic welcome pack will be in the villa for your arrival. No water is provided as there is a filter water tap providing your drinking water in the kitchen.
The villa will be clean on arrival and a weekly clean will be included for any bookings of 2 weeks or more. Additional cleaning can be contracted for a supplement. Bed linen and towels will be changed weekly.
