The main beach of Puerto Pollensa with its numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are approximately a 20 minute stroll down to the lovely harbour and town centre.
Steps lead up to the front door which opens into a super spacious Mediterranean style family room/kitchen with its own breakfast eating zone. The kitchen is fully fitted with large electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, marble worktops and separate pantry. A door leads off the kitchen to a WC. A further door leads into the fabulous enormous lounge/dining room with its cathedral high ceilings and unique minstrels gallery and satellite TV with free to view channels. This room houses an open fireplace together with traditional Mallorcan décor and comfortable large sofas ideal to relax. The huge dining table is able to seat 12 people. French doors lead out from this area onto a delightful large terrace with further table and chairs, ideal for al fresco entertaining which looks over the grassed area in front of the terrace with its established palm trees set in the villa grounds, terrace having direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
Door leads off the dining area on the right entering into a large hall area with one wall of built-in wardrobes. To the left leads to a large twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening out directly to the pool. Adjacent to this room is further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with doors opening onto sun terrace and spacious en-suite shower/wet room on beige and cream tiles (this shower room has a second door accessed from the hallway.) Further along is another WC. A further large twin bedroom is accessed through an archway from the hallway with open style wardrobes and complete en-suite bathroom with its nicely designed beige tiles. Door leads directly out of this bedroom outside with access to the drive.
The main staircase takes you up to the amazing Minstrels gallery which has further sofas and chairs. Archway door leads out to an uncovered balcony with views over the gardens. Step up from the gallery leads to a hallway and twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with French doors out to a covered balcony overlooking the pool. There is an enormous master double bedroom with its freestanding wardrobe, dressing area, sofa and nice blue and white en-suite complete bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. French doors open out to a covered balcony which overlooks the pool below. A separate complete bathroom nicely tiled. At the bottom of the hall a door leads into a further twin bedroom with sofa, freestanding wardrobe, en-suite shower room; this room has French doors leading out to a covered balcony with views to the mountains and front lawn area. This bedroom can also be accessed via tower staircase. All bedrooms nicely styled in different tones.
Note: all bedrooms can be twin bedded or by locking beds together convert to double bedded.
The super pool which measures 10m x 5m (adult depth 1.2m, children’s area - chest high for children) with Roman steps both ends, is located to the side of the villa specially designed with safety in mind sectioned by vertical pillars into adult/children’s areas. Pool is surrounded by patio with grass on one side with a wonderful purpose built-in BBQ area nearby with its table and seating for 20, built-in fireplace and grill with second mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Off the BBQ area is a further exterior toilet shower/wet room in nicely decorated tiles, which also houses the villas washing machine and tumble dryer.
