A small complex of twelve frontline apartments with communal swimming pool. The pool is an irregular shape and measures 10.7 x 5.5m (depth 0.5 to 1.9m) plus a separate paddling pool. The apartments have wonderful sea views of the Favaritx lighthouse and the entrance to Addaia and Macaret port near to the beach of Arenal D'en Castell.
We have one apartment with 1 bedroom, ten apartments with 2 bedrooms (2 x 2 bed apartments interconnect to accommodate 8 people) and one apartment with 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with fans.
These apartments have a living/dining area with 2 sofabeds which can be used to accomodate a further adult or child on each and SAT TV (free to view channels). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There are 7 apartments with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 apartment with 2 twins and 2 apartments with a twin bedroom and another with bunk beds. Most bedrooms have fitted wardrobe and there is a full bathroom which houses the washing machine. There is a security safe for guest use and a private covered terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds.
The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the beautiful horseshoe shaped beach of Arenal den Castell. Located in the Punta Grossa area of the resort, facilities such as restaurants and a supermarket are close by. The airport, port and capital of Mahon are less than a 30-minute drive away and there are numerous other beaches close by. There is a regular bus service for those not wishing to hire a car.
