Our self-catering properties are located in and around beautiful Chichester Harbour and its surrounding villages, where you’ll find stunning countryside, abundant wildlife and be within easy reach of the natural harbour and the cathedral city of Chichester. 

Goodwood Estate is nearby with its regular horse racing and motorsport events including Glorious Goodwood, The Festival of Speed and The Goodwood Revival.

The area is also home to Chichester Festival Theatre, The Weald & Downland Open Air Museum (home of The Repair Shop) and, for the more active the South Downs Way and South Coast Cycleway run through the area in addition to a network of countryside and coastal footpaths with stunning views. On the water there’s sailing and kayaking in the harbour and out into The Solent. If beaches are your thing, you’ll find Hayling Island, Selsey, Bracklesham Bay and The Witterings close by.

For shoppers, Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays are easily accessible, as are the pretty Sussex towns of Midhurst and Petworth where you’ll find many individual local shops. In Portsmouth there is also the Historic Dockyard and The Mary Rose Museum.
