Yes, in accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992” all passengers booking a property abroad with Finishing Touch Holidays Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Finishing Touch Holidays Limited. Even though legally Finishing Touch Holidays Limited is not required by law to protect monies that are paid for accommodation only.
Yes we can reserve a property of your choice for you without obligation for 24 hours allowing you time to find and book your flights
We do not include a booking administration fee in our weekly prices. This means that you only pay one booking fee (currently £20) regardless of how many consecutive weeks holiday you book with us. We think that’s a fairer system and we hope you do too.
No, the prices quoted on the web site are per week for the villa, not per person.

Your property will normally be available early afternoon on your day of arrival. In you have an early arrival time it is often possible for guests to leave their luggage in the property and enjoy the pool and terrace areas while the maids complete their work.
We ask that you vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure. If you have a late flight and would like to stay longer in your property, it is often possible to arrange a later departure time with our local managing company.
Yes, please notify us of any requirements you may have at the time of booking. Some properties have a cot and highchair provided free of charge and will be indicated in the property details.
The property will be cleaned for your arrival and most properties receive an interim clean and linen change at the beginning of the second week if you have booked for 10 days or more. Some properties receive additional cleaning and will be indicated in the property details.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided for your use within all our properties. Some properties also provide beach and pool towels and will be indicated in the property details.
Some properties provide basic complimentary food packs on your arrival please check the property details. We can provide comprehensive food packs on request at an additional charge if required.
Generally pets are not permitted, but some owners will make exceptions. Please ask us for details.
Our local property managers are available for assistance at all times. You are provided with contact details before you travel and details are left in all properties.
