This lovely villa with its own private swimming pool is in an excellent, peaceful location only minutes to the nearest beach. It is located next to the beautiful new golf course and is a few minutes’ drive to the bustling resort of Calete de Fuste with its varied excellent facilities.

Interior:
This spacious, single storey villa is luxuriously appointed and attractively decorated throughout. It has a large, well furnished living room with a dining area and patio doors to the swimming pool. There is a separate, well equipped kitchen with a door leading to a laundry area and steps to the roof terrace. The villa has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom and an additional shower room. The master bedroom has a double bed and there are two bedrooms with twin beds. An added feature of this villa is that there are mosquito screens on the windows. There is a double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an extra two people.

Exterior:
The detached villa is set in private, sub-tropical gardens with a large sunbathing terrace surrounding the swimming pool. The pool measures 9m x 4m metres and is accessed by roman steps. Patio dining furniture and a barbecue are provided for long hours of al fresco dining in the wonderful Fuerteventura climate. A roof terrace is accessed by internal steps from the villa and has additional patio furniture. It has sunbeds, patio furniture and excellent views over the golf course and to the sea. There is also a fenced games area with a pool table, giant chess and draughts game, giant 4 in a row game and a ‘Cabana’ area with seating, electricity and lighting.

Amenities:
Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course. For more active guests, the entrance to an 18-hole golf course is also within this hotel. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, is a five minute drive away where guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf course hotel, the resort of Caleta De Fuste and the newly opened shopping mall. Two pretty lagoon beaches are a fifteen minute walk or three minutes drive from the villa. From there you can walk along the promenade into the centre of the resort or to the main beach at El Playa del Castillo. Before you reach the lagoon beaches there is an excellent new shopping mall. It has a very good choice of shops and restaurants, as well as a very large supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. There are newly opened diving and windsurfing centres on the beach at Caleta De Fuste. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.

Services:
For guests staying two weeks there is a weekly maid service and towel change. Clients are required to pay a refundable breakages deposit of €150 on arrival at the villa.

Car Requirements:
A car is not considered essential but we do recommend one for exploring the island. Taxis are readily available for shorter trips.
