This excellent villa is set in beautiful, colourful sub-tropical gardens and has the luxury of a Jacuzzi Spa and a large, heated swimming pool with a children’s paddling pool attached. It is located in an exclusive development on the edge of the golf course and is in walking distance to the resort, beaches, many restaurants, bars and two five-star hotels.

Interior
This lovely, spacious villa is light and airy throughout and has been furnished to a high standard with many extra features to make your holiday memorable. It has an attractive, stylishly decorated living room with leather furnishings including a recliner, an LCD TV and a Play Station 2 console for younger guests. The attractive dining area has an extendable table and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There is an independent and very well equipped, modern kitchen. Casa Charisma has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/DVD and an en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms with twin beds and a large family bathroom with a separate glassed area with the toilet and bidet. All the bedrooms in the villa have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, the owners have also provided bed guards for small children. Air-conditioning and heating is available in three bedrooms and the living room and can be arranged locally at an extra cost. This villa can accommodate eight people in the existing bedrooms and two children can be accommodated on fold-away beds.

Exterior
Patio doors from the living room lead to the sunbathing terrace surrounding the superb 11 x 4½ metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and has an attached children’s pool. Both the pools are electrically heated. A luxurious five seater Jacuzzi Spa is situated on the sun bathing terrace overlooking the pools and a patio dining area and barbecue complete the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday in the sun. There is a large roof terrace with patio furniture and excellent views across the golf course to the sea.

Amenities
This villa is superbly located on the edge of the 18 hole Fuerteventura golf course and is only a five minute drive to the popular, holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste. Here the beautiful, shallow, sandy beach is one of the safest on Fuerteventura and is ideal for children. Caleta de Fuste offers a huge range of holiday attractions, restaurants, bars and some excellent shopping. There is a wide variety of excellent, excursions on offer in the resort. These include catamaran boat trips, a submarine adventure, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and glass bottomed boats. Oceanarium Explorer offers families a fabulous experience and a chance to swim with sea lions. For holiday guests wanting to participate in the many sporting facilities, they include a kite surf school, a dive centre, snorkeling, dune buggy rentals, trike tours, jet ski rides, superb windsurfing and of course, championship level golf courses. The original and picturesque harbour area has several restaurants and is a lovely place to enjoy the view of the beautiful yachts and spectacular sunsets. Within walking distance, approximately 1.5km from this villa, is the Atantico shopping centre. Here there is a superb, large supermarket, a variety of shops, a bowling alley and a multi-lingual cinema. The closest beaches to the villa are accessed here, they are very pretty, man-made, cove beaches, with golden sand.

Villa guests can arrange to use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities at the 5* Sheraton Hotel, or book one of their therapeutic beauty treatments. It is approximately 1.5 km from the villa. Caleta de Fuste has a Saturday market and there are regular buses to the capital, Puerto del Rosario. Here Las Rotondas, a four-storey shopping centre is located with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains, including Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear and Jack Jones. With tax free shopping, the top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.

Services:
For guests staying for longer than one week there is a mid stay towel change. For guests staying 14 nights or longer there will be a weekly maid service.

The villa benefits from having WiFi internet access. The use of the internet is an optional extra and incurs an extra charge which is payable locally.
