A superb and beautifully presented villa which has been architecturally designed to offer secluded luxury accommodation in an environment of pampered service and offers many extras. There is 24 hour gated security and an on site restaurant which offers room service to the villas. The development is located on the outskirts of Corralejo overlooking the Parque Natural, a few minutes distance from the main tourism yet near enough to benefit from the amenities and famous breathtaking white sand dune beaches.

Interior
These charming and stylishly decorated villas offer high quality holiday accommodation around a pretty and secluded courtyard. The living room is airy and bright with patio doors overlooking the attractive swimming pool. It has comfortable seating, a flat screen 32’’ TV, DVD player and a dining area. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric juicer, under counter fridges and a freezer. There are three bedrooms. The master suite is located off the living room, it has a double bed with patio doors to the swimming pool, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms are accessed from the courtyard; they have no direct entry into the main part of the villa and are therefore considered unsuitable for young children. There is a bedroom with twin beds and one with a double bed, each have an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom with a toilet is located off the main living area. There is full air-conditioning and an intercom system, which plays music throughout the villa.

Exterior
The attractive external areas are a large part of the holiday experience in these villas and they are romantically lit at night. The lagoon shaped swimming pool can be seen from all the rooms and is situated in a high walled private courtyard making it ideal for naturists. It is entered by roman steps and is heated to 27 degrees and has a poolside shower. Patio furniture is placed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and stairs lead up to the fabulous roof terrace. Here there is a large Jacuzzi, a feature Moorish shaped barbecue, a double sun bed, built in benches and a large dining table and chairs. The intercom system also works on this level and the washing machine is located here too.

Amenities
A seven-minute drive takes clients into Corralejo and to the dune beaches. There are several water sports schools located on this beach for energetic holidaymakers who wish to try their hand at these sports. The villas are situated in the popular, harbour resort of Corralejo. From the harbour there is a variety of excellent excursions, including fishing, glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the beautiful nearby island of Lanzarote where you can spend the day exploring the spectacular scenery. Another ferry goes to the uninhabited island of Lobos. Corralejo has expanded sympathetically over recent years and now offers the unusual combination of all the amenities requested by tourists whilst still retaining a great deal of charm and character. Within the resort there is a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants and there is also a market twice a week. A new water park opened in November 2004, which is proving extremely popular with younger guests and is a short drive or taxi ride away from the villa. A fifteen minute drive can take you to the beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo where there are several charming Canarian fish restaurants overlooking the sea. Corralejo is approximately a 40 minute drive from the airport and the Golf Course at Caleta de Fuste is a 45 minute drive away.

Car Requirements:
A car is recommended, however it is possible to use taxis from the airport and for the short drive to the resort and beaches.
