This modern villa has been decorated to a high specification and offers a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere for a memorable holiday. It is semi-detached with private grounds and views to the sea and neighbouring islands. It is in a very sought after location on the exclusive luxury Calo d’en Real development which has private access to the sea, tennis courts and nearby restaurants and is located between the beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala Moli, with the village of San Jose 6 kilometres away.

Interior:
Stylishly decorated in warm colours, this lovely, two storey villa is light and spacious. It a large, open plan living and dining room with a wood burning fireplace and huge patio doors leading onto a covered terrace. The fully fitted and modern kitchen has quality appliances and provides everything necessary for a self catering holiday. The villa has three bedrooms with views out to the pool. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and access to a large balcony with sea views, on the first floor. They each have an en-suite bath or shower room and one has a separate toilet. The first floor terrace has a very low wall, making these two bedrooms unsuitable for children.

Exterior
Patio doors in the living room lead out to a superb, covered terrace with an al fresco dining area which overlooks the beautiful 8×4 metre swimming pool. This is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace with sun beds. A newly added cushioned chill out area with pool and sea views make an excellent spot to take in the stunning Ibiza sunsets whilst sipping a glass of chilled wine.

Amenities
The villa is located on the Calo D’en real development just under 3 kilometres from the resort of Cala Vadella. There is a supermarket nearby and a sprinkling of restaurants but for a wider selection Cala Vadella is near by. Cala Vadella is an excellent spot for the whole family from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. It is a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza which is very popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and it’s shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and on the beach itself you’ll find dive schools, pedalos, banana boats and sun-beds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8 kilometres from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also finds several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.

Services: For guests staying longer then seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of 2000 Euros is required upon arrival.
