A lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with air-conditioning located in an elevated hillside position with magnificent views over the Cala Vadella beach which is only 300m away where you will also find a selection of local bars and restaurants.

Interior
The villa has been elegantly decorated and designed to retain much of the local charm. The lovely wooden ceilings add a great deal of warmth to this spacious villa and there are excellent views from most of the rooms. There is a stylish living room with Satellite TV (limited channels), stereo system, fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. The adjacent dining room also has terrace access and is open plan to a very modern and well fitted fully equipped kitchen including an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine.

There are four very attractive and comfortable bedrooms all with air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and both have private balconies with excellent views to the sea. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, a private balcony and a separate shower room. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has twin beds and access to a separate shower room. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the living and dining room and in the ground floor and first floor bedrooms and is included in the villa price.

Exterior
Terraces and small garden areas on several levels provide panoramic views of the beach below. There is a covered terrace outside the living room with a comfortable seating area, a terrace dining table and a brick built BBQ making it an idyllic venue for alfresco dining. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.2m min depth, 2.0m max depth) is in a spectacular elevated position and has Roman steps, an outdoor shower and is surrounded by an extensive sun terraces.

Amenities
The villa is located just 300m from the resort of Cala Vadella. Cala Vadella is an excellent spot for the whole family from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. It’s a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza and is popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and its shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and on the beach itself you’ll find dive schools, pedaloes, banana boats and sun-beds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8km from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also finds several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23km away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques.

Services: For clients staying longer than 1 week there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit of €1200 is required upon arrival, payable to the local manager.
