A detached villa located on a quiet development of Parque Del Rey, close to the beach and popular centre of Playa Blanca. The sister villa (LMV005) is situated 2 doors away making them suitable for larger groups wishing to holiday together.

This fabulous villa has three bedrooms; a master suite with its very own enclosed patio and Jacuzzi bath, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These two rooms share the family bathroom which has a double shower.

The comfortable lounge contains a TV (selected UK channels), DVD player with films and Hi-Fi. There is air con in the lounge and master bedroom on a pay as you go system. Fans are also supplied in this property. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and a washing machine.

Outdoors is a dining area with table, chairs, parasol and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining in the warm evenings. The property also has its own private electrically heated pool (no extra charge) which enjoys a large terrace area for soaking up the sun before taking a plunge. The pool area has six sun loungers.
