A luxury detached villa on a very small and quiet residential development close to the lighthouse area of Playa Blanca with pool, hot tub and pay as you go air conditioning.
Because the villa is all on one level and with wide doors, it is suitable for children and those in wheelchairs. The floors are marble throughout and the villa has high ceilings ensuring a cool airy feel.
The villa has an alarm and security safe and is in a peaceful area.
The kitchen is independent with breakfast bar through to lounge. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and drying rack. There is an outdoor covered dining area with large table and chairs and BBQ for dining al fresco.
The master bedroom is large with fitted wardrobes, the door to the poolside means you can wake yourselves up with a morning swim very easily. The en-suite bathroom has shower over bath, large mirror and hair dryer.
The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and window to pool side. The family bathroom has a walk in shower.
The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room with toilet (available at an extra charge.)
The lounge is modern, fresh and with TV with Sky channels, DVD, and CD player, patio doors lead to the pool side.
The second lounge/diner also has a sofa and TV with game consul. You can also use the room for inside dining with table with chairs.

The villa has a car parking space by the front door, a walled garden which is now landscaped and an electrically heated private pool (8×4) which has a hand rail for easy access and can be fenced off with plastic fencing on request for children’s safety. There is an additional charge of £10 per night for this.
Outside the villa boasts landscaped gardens with a heated swimming pool measuring 8 x 4m with steps and a safety rail. The pool has a salt chlorinator which makes the water much kinder to the skin than a standard swimming pool. There are also high quality wooden sun loungers, a covered terrace for alfresco dining with a large table, chairs and a BBQ.

We recommend car hire as the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However there are some lovely mountain and coastal walks to do.
