A relaxing semi-detached villa on the outskirts of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote just 15 minutes’ walk to the white sandy beach of Playa Dorada with its bars, cafes and restaurants.
Interior:
The villa is bright and airy with a fun and fresh green and tropical theme inside out. You’ll find everything you need it really is a ‘home from home’ and is often referred to as a perfect ‘retreat’.
As you walk in to the villa you’ll arrive in the open plan modern fitted kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook and entertain with including a dishwasher. You can eat in either of the indoor dining areas (one round table with six chairs or a large breakfast bar with three stools) if you’d like a break from the sunshine. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board located in the utility room next to the kitchen.
There’s a double bedroom and a compact bathroom on the ground floor with shower over a small bath. The open plan dining room/lounge has a leather corner sofa and bucket chair, bluetooth sound system, 47’’ 3D TV, IPTV with more than 150 channels, movie cube as well as plenty of DVDs, Blu rays and games. There really is plenty of entertainment for all the family. Personal development, spiritual and business development books fill at least two of the shelves adding to the feel that you have arrived at a retreat.
The open plan lounge/dinner has large patio doors opening onto the sun terrace where you access the beautiful landscaped garden with the pineapple and skinny palms that are the kind that Beverly Hills import from the Canarias to line Rodeo Drive!
Stairs lead up to the upstairs landing. Through some patio doors there’s a private balcony with wicker chairs and a table. The mountain views are magnificent. Next to the balcony is the fresh looking master bedroom with king-size double bed and compact en-suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space, as well as a hairdryer.
There’s also a twin bedroom on the upper floor with wardrobe, window with views to the pool (and mountains) and two single beds. If children are in this room they can use their parents’ en-suite next door, otherwise guests in this room will use the bathroom on the ground floor.
This villa strictly sleeps max. 6 people plus 1 baby in travel cot. We cannot accept any z beds, blow up beds or sleeping on the sofa – please let us know if you need details of a larger villa.

Exterior:
Outside there’s a fantastic heated and lit swimming pool surrounded by extensive sun terrace, plants and an ornamental garden which looks simply stunning when lit at night! There are 6 sun loungers around the poolside and natural shade is provided by one of the palms should you need to shelter from the Canarian sunshine.
A large sunken covered BBQ area is the perfect place to be during the day and evening. There’s also a hot tub jacuzzi which really tops off a fabulous day when you add a glass of wine into the mix in the evening!
