This villa is just a few minutes walk to a lovely beach at Binibeca. There is a good choice of restaurants only a few minutes drive from the villa or if walking, it’s a pleasant 15 minutes walk. These are in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell. There is a small supermarket in walking distance or much larger hypermarket in Sant Lluis about 7 minute drive away.
There are no steps to access the villa. As you enter the villa you will come across the living/dining room area which is comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table that seats eight a TV with access to IPTV channels and WiFi internet access. There is also a log burner in the lounge for off season comfort.
Just off the lounge area is the kitchen with white wooden cabinets and granite worktops. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. There is also an adjacent utility area and a small shower room with sink and WC.
From the other end of the living area are two steps which lead to three of the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Next to these two rooms is a bathroom with bath (with shower over), a sink in a vanity unit and WC. The third bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom four is accessed up two more steps and has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. All four bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning.
The villa has is a good sized swimming pool (9 x 4m) with Roman steps access. It is 1.9m at its deepest and .9m in the shallow end. There is plenty of room to sunbathe as well as a covered terrace and parasols if you want to find some shade. There is a brick built barbecue with chimney under the terrace, outside dining area and a roof terrace with sea views. There is parking available at the villa, however being situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac parking is not a problem outside the villa also.

Binibeca is a lovely coastal town located in the South West of the island, just 15 minutes by car from the airport and approximately the same distance from the capital, Mahon.
Menorca has hundreds of beaches and hidden gems and exploring this beautiful island is highly recommended. We can provide you with car hire information or there is a bus service along this coast and also into Mahon.
