This beautiful, recently renovated 4 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Binibeca has plenty of space both inside and out to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. It has been constructed using the famous Balearic mares stone which makes it stand out from the rest!
You enter the property into a spacious entrance hall from here you go into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The large lounge area is separated from the dining area and kitchen with a large arch the lounge has sofas, coffee table and a large fireplace. There is a Smart TV so that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV etc. if you have your own account with them.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is open plan, and has a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, and fridge freezer plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday.
The Master suite with double bed offers sea views and is entered through a spacious dressing room and has a unique modern handmade bathroom which is in keeping with the traditional Menorcan style. This en-suite has a vanity unit, shower and WC.
Two of the bedrooms, accessed from the entrance hall are doubles and share a bathroom, again in the same style as the Master suite. This bathroom has two sinks, a half bath with large shower and WC.
From the kitchen there is an annex bedroom, this has a small double bed (4ft) and en-suite with sink, large walk-in shower and WC. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is also air conditioning in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the lounge.
Outside there is a terrace from the dining area which provides plenty of shade which has a large table for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa unit. From the terrace are steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with large fixed daybeds which overlook the pool. There are additional steps that lead down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe. The pool is 9×4 metres with Roman steps. There are also steps leading up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table.
Whilst the house itself is all one level it is worth noting that there are quite a few steps to access the different parts of the sunbathing areas and pool.
Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.

Binibeca is a lovely coastal town located in the South West of the island, just 15 minutes by car from the airport and approximately the same distance from the capital, Mahon.
Menorca has hundreds of beaches and hidden gems and exploring this beautiful island is highly recommended. We can provide you with car hire information or there is a bus service along this coast and also into Mahon.
