A spacious villa featuring air-conditioned bedrooms and with a large private pool, on a large plot of nearly 1000m2, in the quiet and peaceful residential village of Binixica.

The villa, arranged on a single storey, comprises entrance door into large living-dining room, furnished with sofas and lounge chair, TV, DVD and CD player, dining table and chairs.

From one end of the living room a door leads to the new and good sized kitchen, fully equipped for the self-catered holiday with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Also from the lounge is accessed the master bedroom, which has air-conditioning, double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and en-suite shower room with hairdryer. There are two further air-conditioned bedrooms, both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a further family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and hairdryer. Also off the lounge is a conservatory area with a bar and french doors opening on to the extensive terraces, garden and swimming pool. We also provide pool/beach towels.

The pool is enclosed for children’s safety and measures 10x5m and is surrounded by extensive terrace areas. There is an electronic awning to provide shade and to the front of the villa there is a large paved area and drive with ample off-street parking.

Binixica is conveniently situated just 6-7 minutes drive from the airport and 2-3 minutes from the pleasant local town of Sant Climent which provides the nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The capital of Mahon is just 10 minutes drive away.

Although offering the peace and quiet of a rural village rather than the more crowded and public environment of a resort town, there are numerous beaches and resorts close by, including Calas Coves (3–4 minutes drive, then a walk across the rocks), Cala’n Porter (5 minutes drive) and Binisafua, Binibeca, Punta Prima and Alcalfar (between 10–20 minutes drive).

Pool towels and hairdryers are included for guests use.
