A large, well maintained, detached villa situated in a pleasant and quiet residential area of Cala en Porter. It offers comfortable accommodation with a high degree of privacy and offers lovely sea views, yet is only five minutes walk from the bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Cala en Porter and the steps to the resort’s sandy sheltered beach.
This detached four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is located in the popular beach resort of Cala en Porter. It offers privacy whilst being only a short walk away from all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that the resort provides, as well as its beautiful beach with white sand and pristine water.
The property is divided into the main house and the annexe. In the main house, there are three fully air conditioned bedrooms: one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with two single beds each. They all have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. These two twin rooms share a full family bathroom.
In the main house, there is a living/dining room furnished with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, TV with IPTV channels, DVD player and WiFi. The fully fitted kitchen has all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You can even stand at the kitchen sink and admire the sea views!
Through patio doors off the living room there is a terrace area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Steps lead down from the terrace to the 10x5m swimming pool and ample sunbathing terrace areas. The pool has a removable American-style safety fence for the protection of children (additional cost to erect £55).
Guest Annexe
Just off the pool terrace and underneath the main house is the guest annexe, this offers an air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room and WC, a large living area, an open plan kitchenette and its own separate entrance; a perfect place for grandparents, teenagers etc. who wish to have some privacy.
There is a hand basin and WC which can only be accessed from outside, so that guests don´t have to enter the house when they are sunbathing/using the pool. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a sink and food preparation area, as well as a complete set of garden furniture so as to enjoy the lovely outdoor areas and the stunning views.
