Friday changeover

A spacious and light three bedroom villa is situated in a quiet and tranquil area of Binibeca and less than a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach. The villa has a private swimming pool and has extensive views of the surrounding countryside.

You enter the villa and grounds via Menorquin wooden gates onto the drive. The villa entrance leads to a fully furnished living room, equipped with flat screen TV with access to IPTV channels, DVD player with plenty of DVDs, WiFi and a floor-standing fan. From here doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, and all the necessary utensils and crockery. The washing machine is located in the garage.

All the bedrooms are off a hallway to the right and consist of a master bedroom with king size bed, built-in wardrobes, walk-in shower room and doors that lead onto the outdoor terrace. There are also two twin bedrooms, both with two single beds and standalone wardrobes which share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. All the bedrooms have fans.

Outdoors, the 9 x 5m pool with roman steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample room for the sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs and a portable gas BBQ in a covered terrace from which there are lovely countryside views. On the drive there is plenty of space for two cars and there is also space available in the garage.

Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
