This lovely air-conditioned villa and adjacent cottage sit on a large double plot with stunning sea views in the residential resort of Binidali, a five-minute walk from the pretty sandy cove. The furnishings by Indian Ocean and Neptune make it a very special home-from-home that will delight the most discerning clients. We strongly recommend early booking.
The villa is approached from the gated entrance drive and the five-bedroom main house has accommodation as follows:
Master suite with super-kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom with super-kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.
Three twin bedrooms with single beds sharing a family bathroom and an additional WC.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
The air-conditioned living area is open plan, a beautifully furnished living space with sofas, TV with English-language satellite channels, DVD, WiFi internet, dining table and chairs all of the best quality. There are doors from the living room to the pool area.
The kitchen has oven/hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and high quality crockery and utensils.
Cottage
The adjacent cottage is available for an additional charge and is built from the lovely local stone, ideal for the extended family and has a bedroom with air con and super-kingsize bed, sofabed and shower room. It also has a small kitchenette with fridge and hob, kettle. To the outside it has its own covered terrace with dining table and chairs/loungers/swinging seat.
The outdoor space is truly lovely with large terrace area, lawns and mature trees and shrubs. The 9 x 4.85m swimming pool has roman step access and can be heated also for an additional charge on request. Indian Ocean rattan lounging furniture gives a sociable space to relax when the sun goes down. There are also plenty of loungers and a covered terrace with table and chairs and a built in BBQ, together with an additional dining area with a large rattan dining table and armchairs.
Children and toddlers are very welcome as the child friendly villa has a swimming pool fence (there is a charge for erection) and baby equipment including cot, highchair, toys, DVDs and books. To the front of the cottage is a large lawned area and a children’s play area with swing and basketball.
Binidali is a quiet and typically Menorquin village on the south-east coast. The much larger resort-towns and beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar and S’Algar have a wide choice of entertainment facilities and are all within 5-6 minutes drive. The historic and charming town of Sant Lluis is about the same distance away. Binisafua Playa offers the ideal setting for the family seeking a slower and relaxed base, but within easy and quick reach of everything the lovely south-east of the island can offer.
We highly recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday in a desirable resort that is still close to local bars and restaurants, although we do highly recommend hiring a car.
Prices are based on 10 people sharing the main house. Should you require use of the cottage an additional weekly charge between applies depending on your travel dates.
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of £400 per week.
Pool fencing is available for an extra charge of £75 per stay.
Central heating is available off season for an extra charge of £95 per week.
