A lovely, air conditioned stone villa with WiFi, hidden away down a quiet and narrow country lane just off of the Pollenca to Alcudia road. It’s in a private setting with mature trees surrounding a pretty garden and pool area.

This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a countryside setting being just a few minutes drive to the old town of Pollenca and the beaches and resort of Puerto Pollenca are only ten minutes away. This villa is situated across the road from MNV040 (sleeping 10) for parties of 14 people wishing to holiday together.

Inside the villa is bright and airy with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are a sunny open-plan rooms with a high ceiling and two sets of double doors leading out onto the pool-terrace and garden. The kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave and also a separate pantry with lots of storage space. The lounge has comfortable chairs and a satellite television (limited channels) and a dvd player. There’s also a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in early spring and late autumn.

There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one double and a twin bedroom, both with dark wood furniture and views over the garden. Both bedrooms share the bathroom with bath and a shower.

In the garden there’s a rectangular pool measuring 8 x 4 meters (depth: 0.70 to 1.80) with roman steps and one pool towel is provided per person. A stone sun-terrace runs around the pool and there are several areas of lawn shaded by olive trees. There’s also a pan-tiled covered terrace with a stone barbecue and cooking area and a further smaller gravel garden behind the villa with trees and shrubs. From here there are lovely views of the dramatic Puig de Maria mountain with its 18th-century monastery perched on the top. A path leads up to the monastery which has magnificent views down over Pollenca to the sea.

This is a very comfortable, bright and airy villa in a pretty country setting situated just a short drive from Pollenca and the lovely beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia.
