The property is reached via a short drive and the house is entered from the side over a covered terrace directly into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has feature fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, satellite TV (limited channels), CD and DVD player and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, a breakfast area and a separate pantry and a separate utility area with washing machine.

Leading off from one end of the dining room is the pretty master double bedroom which has been decorated in local fabric with an attractive en-sute bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. There is air conditioning throughout.

The private pool measures 10 x 5m (depth 0.90 to 1.80m) with steps into a shallow end and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property with lovely mountain views and is very private. There is an outside shower by the pool. There is also a small childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. There is a further vine covered pergola, a barbeque and the whole outside area is well furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.
