This pretty, private villa has just been totally reformed and is ideally located on a large plot in Pollensa, just a few minutes away from Puerto Pollensa and the famous bay of Cala San Vicente. The villa is set out over one level, therefore suitable for families with children or older people. The interior is fresh and modern, clean and comfortable.
This pretty villa has a new American style kitchen, two double bedrooms, one en-suite and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a further family bathroom with bathtub.
The open plan living dining area has comfortable sofas and a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is also open plan with modern units, stainless steel fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. All of the bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned and there are electric low consumption radiators for cooler weather at the beginning and end of the season.
There is a brick built barbecue area with dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This area also has a shower room.
The villa also has a large covered terrace at the entrance with dining furniture and relaxing sofa. Sun beds surround the pool in beautifully maintained garden and there is a ping pong table for extra entertainment.
