A small complex of 8 modern, semi-detached, 2-storey villas sharing a pool situated near to the beach, shops and restaurants in the lovely resort of Cala Sant Vicent which is separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range. Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. There are several shops, cafes and restaurants set around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland. A five minute drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful historic Old Town of Pollensa.

The villas are situated just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins. They are fully equipped and the furnishings are modern in style. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom or WC.

On the first floor each villa has a fully fitted kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom or shower room, lounge with TV, DVD & CD player and doors to terrace with sea views.

In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all of which can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers who seek comfortable and contemporary accommodation.
