An ideally located villa, set in the the peace and quiet of the countryside yet close to the historic Town of Pollensa with its chic cafes, shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket close by and some gorgeous beaches within a 5 minute drive.

On the ground floor this comfortable villa offers a sitting room with TV, DVD & CD player and WiFi and a fully fitted open plan kitchen which includes electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin which share another bathroom and a sun terrace with countryside views. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and there is a safe.

Pretty lawned garden with barbecue and outside dining area and a private pool which measures 9 x 4.5m (depth: 1.00 – 2.10) which has a wall and gate to fence it off for children’s safety. The pool can also be heated to 25-26 degrees for a weekly additional charge of £250 on request (please note 2 days notice is required to enable the pool to get up to temperature.)
