This pretty villa is set amidst lovely gardens in an area between Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa with the nearest beach just a ten minute drive away. This relaxed and airy villa is ideal for guests wanting to experience the flavor of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.

The interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance door leads into the lounge/dining area with large dining table and chairs and Satellite TV (free to view channels). Off the lounge/diner is separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room downstairs and upstairs in a gallery area there are two single beds. There is also a further shower room downstairs and a sofa bed in the living area for an additional child if required at no extra charge.

Outside the impressive garden offers sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. With a seating area, two dining areas, a feature pond and views across the Mallorcan countryside offering a fantastic place to truly unwind. There is also a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.

Please note this villa does not have a swimming pool.
