The villa has three bedrooms, two are on the ground floor, one twin and one double. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. Stairs lead from the lounge to a mezzanine area with two single beds, a private balcony and en-suite WC. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort.

Outside there is a separate shower room, a covered barbecue area with table and chairs and a lovely pool 8.15 x 5.50m (depth: 1.05 to 2.15) with Roman steps which is surrounded by grassed areas and lush greenery. Pool towels are provided for guests. There is a covered furnished terrace with coffee table and seating and for added privacy large iron gates to enclose the property.
