There is a lovely circular pool which measures 5m in diameter (depth 1.8m) with Roman steps and surrounded by wooden decking which can be heated for an additional charge of £250 p/w. Pool towels are also provided for guest use. The property also benefits from air conditioning and heating.
The property is just 2.2 miles from the historic old town of Pollensa and 3kms from Port de Pollensa where you will find a lovely beach and plenty of bars/restaurants and shops. Campo de Golf is just 1km away.
