A lovely country villa situated just 3 kilometres from the old town of Pollensa and is an ideal villa for small families offering simple but well cared for accommodation. The swimming pool, with a cascade feature, is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area. On the side of the villa is a large terrace with a BBQ for outside dining in total privacy.

Ground floor: front porch leading into a lounge/dining room with WiFi, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD, CD player and fireplace, twin bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle.

First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.2m to 2m) with cascading water feature and Roman steps is situated at the front of the villa and is surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and a large lawned area. At the side of the villa there is a large covered terrace with BBQ and some kitchen facilities, there is also a separate covered terrace with dining table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining and an exterior shower room.
