The villa is decorated in traditional Majorcan style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen Satellite TV (limited channels), a DVD player, CD player and comfortable sofas. There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, toaster, kettle and ironing board and from here you have direct access to the dining area with table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 double and 2 twins all with air conditioning, a full bathroom and a shower room.

Outside there is a covered terrace which overlooks the pool which is an ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals alfresco. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: 90m – 1.80m) with step ladder entry and surrounded by sunbeds. Also located here is the BBQ area with table and chairs.
