This lovely private finca for up to 7 guests is set in the beautiful countryside surrounding Pollensa and only 5 minutes drive to the Port Pollensa with its golden beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and 10 minutes to Old Town Pollensa with its charming square and cafe culture.

The finca is traditionally furnished with terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings and has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and everything you will need for your villa holiday. There is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a mezzanine area with single bed which share two shower rooms. Please note one twin bedroom and the mezzanine area do not have air conditioning but there are fans. The kitchen opens into the dining room and lounge area with TV, DVD & CD player and WiFi.

Outside there is a covered terrace area for al fresco dining and relaxing, table and chairs and a built-in barbecue. The private pool measures 8 x 4m (depth 1m to 1.95m) with pool towels provided. There is a terraced area for sunbathing with sun loungers and sunshade.

The grounds extend to attractive lawned garden with mature shrubs, olive, palm and fig trees. There is also parking on the property for up to 3 cars.
