The villa is air conditioned throughout and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and toilet. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room and the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a vitro ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster. The comfortable lounge has TV, DVD/CD player and WiFi.

Exterior
Outside there is a private pool which measures 7.5 x 4.5m, depth 1.70x.90m, a covered terrace with portable BBQ, chairs and tables for al fresco dining, a terraced area for sunbathing and a built-in bar area with chairs and a sunshade for relaxing outside with your favourite holiday drink! The villa is also perfectly located for clients who enjoy mountain walking and cycling.

Central heating is available for off season comfort for an additional charge of 17 euros per day.
