The location of this villa is ideally situated as it is only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa or in the opposite direction to the main square of Old Pollensa town with its lovely selection of restaurants and bars.

The inside of the house is bright and cheerful and decorated in traditional Mediterranean style. The accommodation is set out over one level, there is a fully fitted kitchen including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and breakfast area with table and chairs. A living/dining room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD player and dining table and chairs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins all benefitting from air-conditioning. These bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms.

Outside, the house has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture and a covered BBQ area with kitchen facilities ideal for alfresco dining. The swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.8m x 1m) has Roman steps and is surrounded by terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. There is also an outside shower situated near the pool area. There is also a ping pong table for your enjoyment.
