A charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom reformed fisherman´s cottage with air-conditioning and WiFi located on the seafront in Cala San Vicente, close to beach, shops and restaurants.
The accommodation is set over one level and comprises of a small fully fitted kitchen including oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee maker, kettle and dining table and chairs. A lounge with comfortable seating (including a sofa bed that will sleep one adult or 2 children), a coffee table, Satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD/CD player.
There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a full bathroom with shower over bath and shower screen (please note only the double bedroom has air conditioning.)
WiFi is available in this property at no extra charge. Please note that this service is provided locally and as such we cannot be held responsible for the quality or any loss of service during your stay.
The cottage also has a safe for guests use.
Outside is a sea front terrace with table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining and a sunbathing area in front of the house with sunbeds.
This property is ideal if you don’t want to hire a car as all the local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
We also have the cottage next door namely MNV100 that sleeps up to 4 people and a further cottage located above, namely MNV104 that sleeps up to 5 people. All 3 cottages can be rented together to accommodate up to 15 people, so will be ideal for large families or groups of friends.
We can accept 5 night rentals in April, May and October – all other dates are a minimum rental of 7 nights.
