Entering through gates into a private courtyard with sufficient parking for 3 cars, you will find an open terrace with ping pong table and steps to the upper terrace.

The whole living area is set out on the ground floor. Through the main entrance door there is a wonderful open plan area with large patio doors giving an abundance of light to this area. The living area is modern and comfortable with large sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. There is air conditioning throughout the villa and central heating for off season comfort. Leading on from the living area is the kitchen/dining area with stylish table and chairs. The kitchen is open plan and very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven with electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There are ample work spaces and in addition a utility room to the side of the kitchen is home to a further fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and iron and board.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all en-suite. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, fitted wardrobes and is an ideal family room with en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a en-suite walk in shower.

Taking the staircase to the upper level, there are two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower. This villa offers a second full kitchen with living area, ideal for larger parties travelling together. Stepping out onto the terrace there are uninterrupted views to the beach and sea.

All bathrooms have a hairdryer provided.

To the rear of the villa is the swimming pool which measure 6m x 4m (depth 0.90 to 1.3m), sun loungers, large covered terrace and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is an independent quality large barbecue for dining al fresco. There is also an external shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

To the side of the villa close to the parking area there are stairs which lead to a sun terrace which has the most glorious views of the sea so you can enjoy the uninterrupted views of the bay whilst relaxing in the sun. The beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all within easy walking distance.

A safe, pool towels and welcome pack are provided for guests.
