A beautiful nineteenth-century renovated farmhouse situated just outside Pollensa. The house is very private and accessed through wrought-iron gates down a long and winding drive that leads to the property.
The house is just a short drive, or an easy bike-ride, from the historic Old Town of Pollensa – with all its cafes and shops, restaurants and galleries and has been restored and decorated in a combination of traditional Mallorcan farmhouse-style and classic modern furniture.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas, a wood-burning open fire, TV, stereo, DVD player and WiFi.
The kitchen has lots of storage space, another dining table and chairs, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. French doors open out from the kitchen to the upper garden-terrace.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom (bed 1.35 x 1.90) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor – a double (bed 1.50 x 2.00) and a twin room (two beds of 0.90 x 1.90), both with lovely garden views. They share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The gardens have landscaped areas full of plants and different levels of terracing. The lower pool level has wonderful views out over the countryside down to the sea. The pool measures 8m x 4m (depth: 1.00 x 2.00) and can also be closed off with a gate from the rest of the gardens to keep small children safe. There is also a ping pong table for your enjoyment.
