The kitchen is also very modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a shower room on this floor.

Upstairs there is one double and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an impressive master bedroom. This master bedroom has an open plan feel with a feature round bath, separate shower and toilet. This bedroom also has a lovely terrace with sea views and sun loungers. There is also another separate bathroom with shower over bath on this level.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer from 17.00 hrs to 08.00 hrs.  A hairdryer and safe are provided for guests.

Outside there is a dining terrace and gated swimming pool which measures 4.40 x 4.40m with a depth of 1.50m and has a decked sunbathing area. There is also a garden with swings for children.
