The villa has a light and airy feel. The living room has comfortable furniture and the sofa converts into a sofa bed suitable for a child up to 12 years. There is TV, DVD player and WiFi. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living/dining area which services the open plan space and a dining table and chairs for four people. The lounge diner leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area. There is a double bedroom which is air conditioned and a shower room with hairdryer.

Outside, the villa is equally as impressive. Entering through the electric gates the drive leads down to the villa where there are panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool which measures 8 x 4.9m (depth 1.1 to 2m) and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
