Double gates lead into a large parking area and the front of the house. A path leads to the rear where you will find the swimming pool, terraces and gardens.

The villa has an open plan living-dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and stereo system. There is also access to the side terraces from here. A few steps lead up from the living area to the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with bath tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. This is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs.

Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and double bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The swimming pool measures 9 x 5m (depth 1 – 1.80m) with Roman steps and is surrounded by a lawn and pool towels are provided for guests. This area is enclosed and is very private. The casita has a sink and preparation area. There is also a shower room close to the pool area and a table tennis table on one of the covered terraces too.

A portable BBQ completes the outdoor facilities, ideal for al fresco dining on the terrace.
