The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you would expect to find for a self-catering holiday. The living dining area is spacious and comfortable and has TV, DVD player and WiFi.

The outside areas are equally impressive offering ample space, a play area for children, large lawn area and a large 11 x 4.5m (depth: 0.90 – 2.20m) swimming pool. Pool towels are also provided. The villa has large covered terraces which are furnished and offer an ideal place to relax in the shade. There is a brick built barbecue for al fresco dining.

The annex to the main house has its own open plan kitchen/lounge area, double bedroom and full bathroom. Outside it has its own covered terrace. Should you wish to include the annex for your party the maximum occupancy would be 10 persons and there would be a 20% increase on the advertised price for the villa.
