The property has a large open living room with Satellite TV with free to view channels and WiFi and doors which lead out to the terrace and pool. There is a separate dining room and a traditional kitchen with bread oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine with iron and board. Just off from the kitchen is another small shower room.

Outside the villa has a lovely shared terrace with brick built BBQ, comfortable seating and a dining area too. The pool is newly built (7.3 x 2.8m, depth 1.10 to 1.6m) and is surrounded by sun loungers and a grassed area.

The villa offers a cosy dwelling ideal for families wanting to be close to the beach and the old town of Pollensa.
