This lovely tranquil country house, situated near the quiet village of Búger, is a testament to the owners’ desire to keep the property in a traditional and rustic style with tasteful modern touches and an eye for the comfort of the guests at all times.

Set in lovely mature gardens, the villa is private from the other villas in this quiet hamlet and has its own parking area and a large lawn at the front and side for children to run around and enjoy.

The spacious interior of the main house is full of exposed beams, stone walls and rustic charm. There is lovely soft lighting and quality furnishings.

The two twin bedrooms in the main house are spacious and comfortable, one has an ensuite shower room and there is a further full bathroom. There is a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge dining area with comfy sofas.

Outside there is a studio annexe with a double bed at mezzanine level via a wooden staircase and a toilet with basin. The annexe also has a lounge area with sofa and wood burning stove.

The ‘L shaped’ swimming pool (10 x 5m) can be gated off and offers a lovely shallow entry.

Stairgates can be provided on request.

A security deposit of 200€ is payable on your arrival day and will be returned on your departure day subject to no loss or damage. This is due to new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger. The purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client.
