This lovely converted Majorcan finca has a great deal of character and enjoys a wonderful location in the peaceful and sought after area of the Son March Valley. Tastefully furnished throughout, the villa has a fusion of modern and rustic furnishing and décor which provides a lovely setting for a summer holiday.

On the ground floor there is a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa seating, TV with satellite channels, DVD and dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished exterior shaded terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc. There is also a full bathroom on this level and outside there is a utility room with a washing machine and sink.

Upstairs on the first floor are the bedrooms, two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, one twin room and a single bedroom which share a further full bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 8:00 PM to 06:00 am these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

Outside the property has a spacious covered and attractively furnished terrace, plenty of sun terracing around the large private pool where you can take in the beautiful countryside and mountain views all around. The large swimming pool has a roman steps and measures 13 x 6.5m and there is an open air shower. There is a built in barbecue to the side of the house with table and benches, a lawned area to one side and mature trees and shrubs giving the property a mature and spacious feel with plenty of room for children to play in.
