This villa is situated off a country lane between the Old Town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north coast of Mallorca.

The villa is set out on one level and is an ideal family choice providing a good standard of fittings, including local pine furnishings and many of the owner personal touches. The main door leads into the welcoming lounge/dining room with comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player and dining table and chairs with doors opening onto the poolside covered terrace with views to the garden and pool area. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and a fridge/freezer as well as many other electric appliances. The relaxing master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The attractive twin bedrooms share one full bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning installed and there is a safe for guests use.

Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with barbecue overlooking the swimming pool which measures approx. 8 x 4m and the pretty gardens. There is a shower room which houses the washing machine. Steps lead up to the rooftop sun terrace where you can enjoy lovely views over the fields to the Tramuntana mountain range.
