This lovely mature and part stone clad villa is set in lovely gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat.

Inside the villa there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area split over two levels with Satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi. From here there is access to the two large terraces and garden.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room with washing machine, iron and board. A hallway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear where there is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning installed.

There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.

The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak trees, a dining area with built-in barbecue and the gorgeous huge pool which measures 12 x 5mts. (depth 0.85 – 2.10 mts) with small waterfall feature.

This is a wonderful private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a unique villa since it is extremely unusual to find one with such a large pool and garden, but at the same time so close to the beach and other amenities of the area.

Cala San Vicente is a small resort with pretty beaches, hidden coves, restaurants and cafes all just a short walk away. There is also a very picturesque walk through a mountain pass from Cala San Vicente to Puerto Pollensa.
