This two storey villa is situated in a lovely tranquil countryside location just a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.

The villa has been pleasantly furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch Satellite TV (limited channels), WiFi and also a dining table and chairs.

From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood with a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

A staircase from the lounge/dining area leads to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located; there are two twin bedrooms with beamed ceilings and views over the countryside, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms share two full bathrooms.

Outside is the pool which measures 8x4m, a furnished and covered terrace with built in barbeque where you can take in views over the pool to the Puig de María mountain and the higher peaks behind.
