A nice villa situated at the end of a narrow country lane with lovely views towards the Puig de Maria mountain and located just a few minutes´ drive to Pollensa old town.

Set amongst mature gardens with a large lawn and sun terraces and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.

The villa is built on one level and the interior is simple and traditional with comfortable furnishings and a homely feel.

The main entrance leads to a hall where an archway on the left leads to the lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, WiFi and Satellite TV (limited channels). To the right a door leads to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven/hob etc and a utility room which houses the washing machine. From the hall another door leads to a corridor giving access to a double bedroom, two twins and a full bathroom.

At the rear of the house is the large private swimming pool (9 x 4m), terraces and garden. There is a built-in BBQ and an outside shower room.
